H.324 Terminals
ITU-T Recommendation H.324 defines the overall system structure and therefore the
device commonly known as an H.324 terminal. H.324 is an ITU-T recommendation for
voice, video, and data transmission over regular analog phone lines. It uses a regular
33,600 bps modem for transmission, H.263 codec for video encoding, and G.723 for
audio.
