User Accounts

User Accounts

User accounts can be managed on the bounded sensor because there is no abutment for AAA servers on sensor

appliance. Each user is associated with a role that controls what that user can and cannot modify. There are four

basic user roles:

Administrator: The accomplished akin of privileges with complete appearance and can accomplish all operations.

Operator: The additional accomplished akin of privileges and can appearance everything, but accomplish bound operations.

Viewer: The everyman akin of privileges and can appearance agreement and events, but cannot adapt any

configuration abstracts except their user passwords.

Service: A appropriate role that allows a user to bypass the sensor CLI and anon log in to a back-bite shell.

Service annual is mainly created for abutment and troubleshooting purposes. (There is no accurate user

configuration from aural the annual account.) Only one user with annual privileges can be configured on

a sensor. The annual user cannot be acclimated to log in to the IDM.

Caution
