Configuring PVLAN

When enabling PVLAN, it is important to bethink to configure the about-face as VTP cellophane mode
before you can actualize a PVLAN. PVLANs are configured in the ambience of a distinct about-face and cannot have
members on added switches.
Perform the afterward accomplish to configure the PVLAN feature:
Step 1. Actualize the primary and accessory PVLANs. For example, configure VLAN 101 as a primary VLAN,
VLANs 201 to 202 as affiliation VLANs, and VLAN 301 as an abandoned VLAN.
Hostname(config)# vlan 101
Hostname(config-vlan)# private-vlan primary
Hostname(config)# vlan 201
Hostname(config-vlan)# private-vlan community
Hostname(config)# vlan 202
Hostname(config-vlan)# private-vlan community
Hostname(config)# vlan 301
Hostname(config-vlan)# private-vlan isolated
Step 2. Accessory the accessory VLANs to the primary PVLAN. For example, accessory affiliation VLANs
201 to 202 and abandoned VLAN 301 with the primary VLAN 101.
